We live in a time where organizations collect large volumes of data but still struggle to translate it into meaningful action. Whether tracking disease trends, managing development programs, or improving supply chains, access to data alone does not guarantee better decisions. What matters is how that data is interpreted and applied.
This reality shaped the creation of Data Use Academy and Consulting Limited (DUAC).
"Our mission is simple. We support organizations and professionals to strengthen performance through practical analytics, structured systems, and capacity development."
Bridging the gap between information and action
DUAC operates where technical expertise meets real-world implementation. Our work spans public health, development, governance, and private sector projects. Across these areas, we focus on two core pillars.
- Consulting services: We design and implement data systems, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation approaches that support accountability and program performance. From predictive modelling in R to interactive dashboards for decision makers, our goal is to help partners use their data with confidence.
- The Data Use Academy: Tools alone do not create impact. Through our academy, we offer practical training and mentoring in Monitoring and Evaluation, GIS, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Participants leave with skills they can apply immediately within their organizations.
Looking ahead
As DUAC begins this journey, we are eager to collaborate with institutions, NGOs, and private organizations that value evidence-informed decision making. This blog will serve as a space where we share lessons from the field, practical tutorials, and reflections from our work.
You can expect content that ranges from SQL and GIS tutorials to discussions on data quality, evaluation methods, and real implementation experiences.
Data should not remain static in reports or spreadsheets. It should guide action, improve quality, and strengthen accountability.
Welcome to DUAC. We look forward to building impact together.
